Terrible treatment from the staff, one of their very arrogant employees got on my dad because he didn't leave my little brother outside the pharmacy since he is only one person per family and it was better for him to go there. What a big difference in Guadalajara pharmacies.

Terrible service and I'm not saying that because of the doctor. I say this because of the pharmacy. Arrive 40 min. Before, because I feel very bad and they told me that they couldn't distribute tokens because the doctor activated the system and I had to wait for it to arrive. So I did it and when the doctor arrived they gave the first 4 passes to people who had just arrived AND THE DOCTOR HAD NOT EVEN ENTERED HER OFFICE! Well, didn't she activate the shifts? And I told them what's up and they say no because the shifts are already given, we can't do anything. This is the second time they have done the same thing to me, this time when I got up for the shift (I'm very sick and it's hard for me to get up), those people went ahead.

The employees are somewhat rude, they should work more on being attentive to customers, only one employee who was in training was attentive and friendly.
